A shop that’s hard to use loses people.
If you sell online in the EU, paste your URL, pay, and get a file that shows what is hard to use and what to fix. No call.
This is for shops that sell goods to people in the EU, on Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress. It is also for anyone a marketplace or a buyer already asked for an accessibility statement.
Paste the homepage. The same day you get a list of what a scanner can see: faint text, missing labels, and buttons with no name.
You do not get a keyboard check, a statement page, or a fix list. It does not say the site is compliant. A scanner misses a lot, and the file says so.
Paste the shop URL. If you pay before noon CT, you get the PDF the same business day. After noon CT, you get it the next business day. It covers the homepage, one product page, and checkout, if checkout can be opened without an account.
Each issue says where it is. You also get a short statement you can paste on your site, what checked out fine, and what could not be judged. Hand the PDF to whoever built the shop.
It does not fix the code, recheck it after they patch, or promise you will not be fined or sued.
What we saw
We checked five public shops that sell goods in the EU. They did not buy this and were not contacted. None had an accessibility page. Photo labels didn’t describe the pictures. On most, some text was too faint.
