No sales calls · File by email

A shop that’s hard to use loses people.

If you sell online in the EU, paste your URL, pay, and get a file that shows what is hard to use and what to fix.

Shop scan

Automated list of what a scanner can see: faint text, missing labels, buttons with no name.

No keyboard walk, no statement page, no claim the site is compliant. A scanner misses a lot, and the file says so.

€199 · same day before noon CT

Written shop audit

PDF of homepage, one product page, and checkout. Each issue says where it is. Includes a statement you can paste on your site.

Paid before noon CT: same business day. After noon: next business day. Not a code fix. No fine or lawsuit promise.

Pay €199

Payments by Stripe. At checkout you’ll enter your shop URL. The file comes by email.

Counts are what the tool flagged on that shop — not a score, not a promise your shop looks the same.

Breakdown (one issue)

Some text is too faint to read easily

Where
Body copy on the product page, and light grey placeholder text on checkout fields
What’s wrong
The contrast is too weak. People shopping on a bright phone outdoors, older eyes, or tired shoppers can miss prices, labels, or form hints — not only people who use a screen reader.
What to tell your builder
Darken body text and form placeholders so they meet a normal contrast target (roughly 4.5:1 for small text). Don’t use pale grey on white for anything shoppers must read.

On five public EU shops we checked, totals ranged from about a dozen flags to over a hundred. Yours will be whatever your shop actually has. Those shops were not contacted and did not buy this.

What we check — and what we don’t

In scope

  • Public pages you can open without logging in
  • Shop scan: what an automated checker can flag
  • Written audit: homepage, one product page, and checkout if it’s public
  • Plain notes you can hand to whoever built the shop
  • Written audit: a short statement you can paste on your site

Out of scope

  • We don’t rewrite your theme or apps
  • We don’t promise you’ll pass a lawsuit or avoid a fine
  • We don’t re-test after someone else patches
  • A scan alone is not a full accessibility claim
  • Private account areas and password walls stay out

Patterns we keep seeing

On five public EU shops we checked, every one had at least these gaps:

  • No accessibility page
  • Photo labels that don’t describe the picture
  • Skip link not the first stop when you Tab

Most of them also had some text too faint to read easily.

Those five shops were not contacted and did not buy this. We don’t publish their names. This is what we saw on those five — not a claim about every shop in the EU.

Questions

Who is this for?

Shops that sell goods to people in the EU on Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress, or anyone a marketplace already asked for an accessibility statement.

Do you fix the site?

No. You get a file you can hand to whoever built the shop. The written audit is not a re-test after they patch.

Will you say we’ll get fined?

No. We don’t sell fear of fines or promise you won’t be sued.
